Our detailed reports provide an overview of the individual's emotional, social, behavioral, and adaptive capacities. Our bilingual, culturally competent, and experienced clinicians describe the individual's strengths, needs, risks, and provide recommendations for treatment and additional support services.
Our psychosocial assessments include the individual's identifying information, referral reason and source/ current strengths and areas of suggested skills increase/ family, social, developmental, educational, vocational, medical, and psychiatric histories, functional assessment, strengths, and protective factors.
Our summary includes family concerns and existing community resources. Our licensed social workers may recommend additional evaluation, psychotherapy, case management, caregiver support, community resources and follow-up services.
